About the role
TMGM is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking CFD Crypto Account Manager to drive the growth of its cryptocurrency CFD products across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will be responsible for acquiring new crypto clients, providing market insights and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell TMGM’s CFD crypto products, focusing on Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Solana.
- Identify, develop and manage a pipeline of crypto‑focused clients, building long‑term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, conduct blockchain analysis and deliver professional insights and trading opportunities to clients.
- Provide multi‑channel customer support, resolve platform issues and educate clients on market movements and trading tools.
- Achieve sales targets, client‑satisfaction KPIs and contribute to team performance.
Required profile
- Prior experience in Bitcoin and broader cryptocurrency trading or a financial‑services background involving crypto assets.
- Strong sales and business‑development skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
