Certificate III Trainee - Early Childhood Education

About the role

Rise & Shine Kindergarten, a family-owned early childhood education provider with 15 centres across NSW and QLD, is looking for a Certificate III trainee to begin a career in early childhood education. The trainee works alongside experienced educators to support children's learning and development, studies towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and receives mentoring and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced educators to support children's learning and development
• Learn how to create safe, engaging and inclusive environments
• Contribute to daily routines, play experiences and meaningful interactions with children
• Study towards the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while gaining hands-on experience

Required profile

• Valid Working with Children Check
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Availability to work full time
• National child safety training (Gecko)
• School leavers are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior experience required
• Ability to follow directions, safety procedures and centre guidelines
