OSHC Assistant Coordinator – Carlton Gardens

About the role

The Outside School Hours Care service at Carlton Gardens is seeking a passionate Assistant Coordinator to help manage the service and deliver engaging programs for primary‑age children. This permanent part‑time role offers 26.25 hours per week across split shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate a child‑centred program featuring STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community and parents.
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance and handling administration.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with children and making a positive impact.
• Communicates clearly and confidently.
• Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role.
• Holds (or willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children check.
• Has Australian work rights.
• Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification for OSHC per ACECQA.
