Casual Retail Support - Cadbury, Ellenbrook, Bassendean, Noranda, Ballajura

About the role

Mondelēz International, which owns brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Philadelphia, Belvita, Ritz and Toblerone, is hiring a casual retail support person to cover a set of stores in the Ellenbrook, Bassendean, Noranda and Ballajura areas. The role is casual with an average of 19 hours per week, and availability across three weekdays is required.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively.
• Build product displays in line with standards and in the pre-agreed locations.
• Use point-of-sale displays to generate shopper interest in the products.
• Ensure products are always available on shelf.
• Look for additional opportunities to help shoppers enjoy the products.

Required profile

• Availability across three weekdays and the ability to take on extra hours regularly, including during peak periods.
• Own vehicle covered by car insurance and a valid driver's licence.
• Flexibility to work during school hours and close to home.
