Casual Retail Stylist

About the role

Assembly Label is looking for customer-focused casual retail stylists to join its team at the QV store in Melbourne. The role suits people who can work weekdays and weekends and who want to build a fashion retail career.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to build brand loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.
• Maintain the highest standards of personal and store presentation.
• Follow Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.
• Work with the State Manager and Store Manager to keep store data accurate and run loss prevention strategies in line with business targets.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver an authentic customer experience and drive sales targets.
• Enthusiastic and open to feedback; reflects the core behaviours of hungry, humble and smart.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
