Casual Retail Sales Consultant - Formalwear & Bridal

About the role

Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal is looking for an energetic casual Retail Sales Consultant for its Adelaide stores. You will report to the Store Manager and help customers find the right outfit for their special occasion, delivering accurate, timely and professional service. The position is casual, with possible full-time or part-time hours, and applicants must be able to work weekends and public holidays if required.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service and guide customers to the right outfit for their special occasion
• Work in both solo and team environments
• Assist in store administration
• Travel to other locations around Adelaide
• Work flexible hours according to season demand

Required profile

• Proven retail sales and customer service experience
• Menswear experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High drive to achieve and exceed set KPIs
• Well presented and professional
• Willingness to travel within Adelaide and work weekends and public holidays
