Casual Retail Display - Brisbane North

About the role

Mondelēz International is hiring a casual retail display professional for its Cadbury brand in the Brisbane North area (North Lakes, Taigum, Carseldine, Murrumba Downs). The role covers a set of stores and works closely with customers, with an average of 14 hours per week, preferably on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and extra hours during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively.
• Build product displays in line with brand standards and in the pre-agreed locations.
• Use impactful point-of-sale displays to generate shopper interest.
• Ensure products are always available on shelf for shoppers to buy.
• Look for additional opportunities to help shoppers enjoy the products.

Required profile

• Own vehicle covered by car insurance and a valid driver's licence.
• Availability during school hours and close to home.
• Interest in sales, merchandising and customer service.
