About the role
HammondCare Strathearn House in Scone is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join a resident‑focused team. The role provides clinical support, advice and mentorship within a consultative framework.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and support care staff in delivering person‑centred care.
- Educate and mentor staff on clinical processes and case management.
- Provide clinical oversight, ensure professional competence and implement resident comfort initiatives.
Required profile
- Current AHPRA registration with 1‑3 years experience in aged‑care.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
- Experience with dementia care and a passion for supporting elderly residents.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LeeCare online reporting system.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
