Registered Nurse – Full‑time, Permanent

About the role

HammondCare Strathearn House is seeking a permanent full‑time Registered Nurse to join our residential team. You will provide person‑centred, relationship‑focused care, supporting residents to feel at home.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support care staff in delivering clinical care.
• Educate and mentor staff in clinical processes.
• Provide consultative case management and clinical decision‑making.
• Maintain clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse.
• Implement resident comfort focus and use LeeCare online reporting systems.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration with 1‑3 years experience in aged‑care.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with dementia care and a genuine passion for elderly wellbeing.

Required skills

• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Familiarity with LeeCare reporting system.
