Casual OSHC Educator – Clovelly Park

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is launching its first South Australian service at Clovelly Park Primary School and is looking for casual OSHC educators to join the founding team. You will deliver fun, engaging experiences for primary-aged children before and after school, working mainly at the school and occasionally supporting nearby services as the service grows.

The service runs 40 weeks per year, with Rise then Shine (7:00am - 9:00am) and Stay and Play (3:05pm - 6:00pm).

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate games, sport, STEM, arts and creative activities
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Support children's wellbeing, inclusion and development
• Create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment
• Work alongside a supportive team

Required profile

• A relevant ACEQA-approved Certificate III, IV or Diploma qualification
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to child safety and wellbeing
• Current SA Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• RRHAN-EC, First Aid, CPR and Asthma / Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
