Casual Nurse Trainer/Educator

About the role

Healthcare Australia is seeking casual Nurse Trainers to deliver high‑quality education to healthcare workers across Western Australia. You will teach both practical and theoretical components of a wide range of health‑care topics in locations such as Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton and Manjimup.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, medication administration and specialised NDIS high‑intensity skills.
• Assess learners through practical observation and marking of theoretical tests, using provided session plans and resources.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration and RN experience in acute, aged‑care or disability support (preference for disability).
• TAE40116 or TAE40122 qualification, or recent clinical training experience.
• Driver’s licence, vehicle for travel between sites and COVID‑19 vaccination.

• $70.90 per hour inclusive of casual loading plus superannuation.
