Casual Enrolled Nurse - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is recruiting experienced Enrolled Nurses (minimum 12 months) for its residential service in Mount Gravatt East. The role suits someone who has previously worked in an aged care home and wants to contribute to person-centred aged care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Experience as an Enrolled Nurse for at least 12 months
• Previous work in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Empathy, rapport with residents, families and visitors, and a desire to make a difference
