Case Manager - Defence Relocation

About the role

Toll Group's Government & Defence team is hiring a Case Manager for its Melbourne office. You will be the single point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families during their relocation across Australia, helping them experience a superior relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience through case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
• Manage expectations so Members and their families understand the service scope and the relocation life cycle.
• Administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements proactively and accurately, keeping benefits in line with policy and client KPIs.
• Respond to routine telephone and email enquiries.

Required profile

• Case management experience in a similar role (e.g. global mobility, assignment management, insurance or travel) is advantageous.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.
• Must be entitled to work in Australia and able to undergo pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical.

• Ability to interpret policy and legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
