Case Manager - 12 Month Contract

About the role

Toll Group's Government & Defence division is hiring a Case Manager for its Melbourne office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports relocation initiatives as the single point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families during their relocation across Australia, helping them experience a superior relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience through case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
• Manage expectations so members and families understand the service scope and the relocation life cycle.
• Administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements proactively and accurately, keeping benefits in line with policy and client KPIs.
• Respond to routine telephone and email enquiries.

Required profile

• Case management experience in a similar role (e.g. global mobility, assignment management, insurance or travel) is advantageous.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.
• Must be entitled to work in Australia and able to undergo pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical.

• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
