About the role

peopleworth is looking for an experienced Career Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching experiences for professionals worldwide. You will help individuals plan their careers, navigate transitions, and achieve meaningful outcomes while working remotely in a globally connected environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑to‑one coaching sessions focused on career planning, progression, and job‑search strategies.
• Facilitate group coaching workshops covering professional development, employability skills, and career growth.
• Support team‑coaching initiatives that improve collaboration and effectiveness.
• Provide live virtual coaching across multiple time zones and maintain strong, trust‑based coaching relationships.
• Guide participants on self‑leadership, career decision‑making, and professional growth.
• Network with industry professionals and employer communities to expand employment pathways.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal information responsibly.

Required profile

• Recognised ICF or EMCC accredited coaching qualification (ACC or higher is advantageous).
• Proven experience as a Career Coach supporting professionals at various career stages.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Experience working remotely with clients across different regions and time zones.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to coaching best practices.
