HR Advisor

About the role

Provide day‑to‑day HR support and advice to managers and employees across a range of people‑related matters within a well‑established membership‑based organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance conversations, employee concerns, policy guidance, and workplace issues.
• Support recruitment activities from briefing through to onboarding new employees.
• Partner with leaders to provide practical advice and coaching on people management matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, contract variations and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee documentation is up to date.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support across HR initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience providing advice across employee relations, performance management, policies and people matters.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
