Campaigns & Growth Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a Campaigns & Growth Specialist to build, launch and optimise marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for Xemplo. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll turn campaign strategy into execution across paid media, landing pages, email, nurture journeys and customer campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own the build and launch of campaigns across paid media, landing pages, forms, email and nurture journeys.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn and other paid channels, handling audiences, keywords, bidding, budgets and conversion tracking.
• Build campaign lists, workflows, forms and tracking in HubSpot.
• Adapt approved messaging into ad copy, emails and creative briefs, collaborating with Content and Design teams.
• Monitor performance, optimise targeting, creative, copy, landing pages and nurture journeys, and flag under‑performing campaigns for strategic changes.
• Execute customer campaigns to support product adoption, cross‑sell and upsell, working with SDRs and Sales to improve lead quality.
• Own campaign reporting, covering results, optimisation activity and next steps.

Required profile

• Experience in a B2B demand generation, campaign or digital marketing role, comfortable owning campaign execution from setup through optimisation and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
• Experience building landing pages, forms, emails and nurture journeys.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Ability to use campaign data to improve lead generation, conversion and ROI.
