Campaign Delivery Manager

About the role

Stake is seeking a Campaign Delivery Manager to join its Communications team in Sydney. You will own the operational engine behind multi‑channel customer communications, partnering with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Product and Engineering to deliver campaigns with speed and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a campaign delivery engine that ensures high‑quality communications across every channel.
• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing and Growth to turn strategy into execution quickly.
• Raise the quality and consistency of customer communications through planning, testing and quality assurance.
• Introduce scalable processes to improve how campaigns are built, documented and delivered.
• Develop reporting and measurement frameworks to turn performance data into actionable insights.
• Continuously optimise communications to make them more relevant, timely and engaging.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a talent for bringing structure and momentum to complex projects.
• Experience delivering multi‑channel campaigns and a focus on operational excellence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot issues before they reach customers.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive in improving systems and processes for better outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with Braze, Contentstack or similar modern customer engagement platforms.
• Delivery of communications across email, push notifications, in‑app messaging, web and social channels.
• Ability to support incident communications or time‑critical customer updates.
