About the role
Cohen Handler is hiring a full-time buyer's agent in Sydney. This is a fast-paced, highly involved role focused on sourcing properties, prospecting and qualifying buyer leads.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing properties, prospecting and qualifying buyer leads
- Diary management and organising appointments
- Preparing proposal presentations
- Attending property inspections and auctions
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- Database entry and management
- Regular contact with Real Estate Agents
Required profile
- Previous experience in Real Estate is essential
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a driver's licence
- Immaculate presentation, excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, and a strong work ethic
- Driven, energetic and with a can-do attitude
- Understanding of the Australian property market
Required skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related software
