Centre Manager – South West Sydney

About the role

Stonebridge Property Group, a commercial real estate agency covering sales, leasing, consultancy and management services across Australia and New Zealand, is looking for a Centre Manager for a portfolio of two Sydney Metropolitan Centres and a pad site in South West Sydney. This is an on-site role working closely with the Managing Partner and the Asset Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tenant relationships and coordinate leasing activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure building operations and maintenance are delivered to a high standard
• Monitor budgets, expenses and revenue performance, and prepare regular reports on centre performance
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and tenant success
• Manage service providers and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Respond promptly to operational issues and tenant queries

Required profile

• Experience in commercial property, retail centre or asset management, with operations oversight, budgeting and reporting skills
• Prior experience in shopping centre management is highly regarded
• Relevant qualification in property, business, facilities management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently on-site, prioritising tasks and managing time well

Required skills

• Financial management, including identifying revenue growth opportunities and accurate income projections
• Tenant relationship management, negotiation and conflict resolution
• Facilities and maintenance coordination, with knowledge of safety, compliance and contractor management
• Basic marketing and event coordination, working with leasing and sales teams
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Strong working knowledge of MRI accounting software
