Consultant - Property Research

About the role

Charter Keck Cramer is looking for a full-time Consultant to join its Sydney Research team, reporting to a Director. The role covers a broad range of consulting tasks, including preparing high-quality research reports and giving strategic advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive and innovative research and analysis to help the team give clients evidence-based advice
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data sources critically
• Write and develop detailed reports, presentations and other outputs
• Attend client briefings, define project parameters and give ongoing advice, including on timeframes
• Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Keep up to date with property markets, finance and economic developments

Required profile

• Degree in Property, Economics or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in property, economics or planning consulting
• Extensive knowledge of the national property market and its sub-sectors
• Experience in client-facing roles, internal and external
