Buyer's Agent - Perth

About the role

Aussie, a 30-year-old Australian financial services brand, is building its fastest-growing Buyer's Agency in Australia. As a Retail Buyer's Agent in Perth, you will be embedded in an Aussie Store, working closely with mortgage brokers and in-store teams to turn finance-approved customers into successful property purchases. Think of it as your own territory and referral engine, backed by brand, technology and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Work with finance-ready clients to understand their property needs
• Suitably source properties from on-market, pre-market and off-market channels
• Conduct due diligence and property research
• Lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish
• Build strong working relationships with industry stakeholders
• Partner with brokers to understand client goals and timing
• Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs

Required profile

• A Class 1 (or equivalent) Real Estate License
• Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions
• Strong knowledge of the local market, sourcing techniques and buyer psychology
• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver results
• Preferred: being a buyer or investor yourself, experience with off-market stock or investor clients, and thriving in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment
