About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice.
• Support clients through the entire loan process, from application to settlement.
• Promote and connect customers with complementary services such as buyer’s agents and conveyancing.
• Build local community relationships to generate referrals and grow your pipeline.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it).
• Background in sales or customer service.
• Drive to contribute to store growth and passion for helping customers achieve homeownership.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending processes.
• Ability to use brokerage technology platforms.
