Business Manager – NT Operations

About the role

MedHealth is seeking a Business Manager to lead its mlcoa operations in the Northern Territory. You will oversee a customer service team, build strong client relationships and work closely with senior leaders to drive service excellence and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Customer Service team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily activities, workloads and service delivery to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Build trusted relationships with NT customers through proactive engagement, training and ongoing support.
• Monitor service standards, client SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team members.
• Assist the General Manager and Operations Manager with business growth initiatives.
• Promote governance, quality and compliance across day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in a medical or related industry with commercial and operational service delivery exposure.
• Proven customer relationship management experience and strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Supportive, values‑led leadership style with strong organisational abilities.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
