Business Development Representative

About the role

Nintex, a provider of process intelligence and automation software, is hiring a Business Development Representative. You will qualify inbound enquiries and prospect current customers within a defined territory, working alongside the sales team across the full sales cycle. The role is hybrid, based in the local Nintex office.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outbound sales calls by phone, social media and email to qualify prospects and act as the first point of contact for live chat enquiries.
• Lead qualification, arrange follow-up meetings with the sales team and use Nintex CRM (Salesforce.com) to track documents, notes and lead management.
• Provide feedback on how prospects contact Nintex and how they react to current marketing efforts.
• Learn and evangelise the Nintex portfolio, including licensing, and proactively scope technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Support existing and prospective customers during product trials and pursue additional business development opportunities with colleagues.

Required profile

• 2 years of sales experience.
• Marketing or SaaS sales experience (desirable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative culture.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proven ability to connect with people by telephone, email and online networking.
• Prior experience with Salesforce CRM (desirable).
