Business Development Representative – Australia & APAC

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Development Representative to lead our expansion across Australia and Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for CFOs and Finance Directors at major enterprises, bridging complex financial challenges with our consultancy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑80 outbound calls daily to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Finance Directors, VPs of Finance).
• Qualify leads to the “Magic35” standard and maintain a high‑quality pipeline.
• Book discovery calls and manage the early‑stage sales funnel in Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Generate interest and secure attendance for niche industry events across the APAC region.
• Collaborate closely with UK‑based leadership while operating autonomously in the APAC timezone.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven outbound prospecting record.
• Extensive experience selling directly to CFOs, Finance Directors, or senior finance leadership.
• Native‑level Australian accent and ability to work Australian business hours.
• Willingness to complete an initial 2‑week training period aligned with UK timezone.
• Results‑oriented “can‑do” attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
