Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at carsales, you will lead growth across our non‑car verticals such as trucks, boats, bikes, caravans, farms and construction. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining remote flexibility with collaborative in‑office time.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth across non‑car verticals by prospecting, converting and onboarding new dealers.
• Identify new and existing business opportunities using data‑driven market analysis and customer feedback.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitors, market practices and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve financial targets for the business unit.

Required profile

• Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes aligned with company behaviours.
• Proven expertise in sales, business development or B2B customer service with a track record of meeting quarterly KPIs.
• Strong communicator capable of building sustainable relationships and delivering engaging presentations.
