Business Development Executive – Telesales

About the role

Unispace is expanding its outbound sales capability across ANZ and is looking for a high‑energy Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join the Sydney team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating new opportunities and feeding the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and email campaigns to identify potential workplace strategy, design, and construction projects.
• Build rapport quickly, establish trust, and qualify prospects using structured frameworks.
• Record accurate information in the CRM and book discovery meetings for senior Sales and Client Directors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
• Collaborate with the Telesales Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to refine messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Outgoing, persuasive and highly motivated with a strong desire to meet targets.
• Resilient to rejection and able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and diligent in CRM management and follow‑up.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
