About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join Marsh Risk’s Corporate team in Perth. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business across Marsh by building relationships with corporate/mid‑market prospects.
  • Manage prospect pipeline, use Marsh CRM, and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify new prospects and drive sales activity.
  • Develop and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

  • Tier 1 FSRA Compliance and ANZIIF Associate membership (or willingness to obtain).
  • Relevant business development or insurance broking experience.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of finance, management and risk.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
