About the role

The Business Banking Consultant provides exceptional support to business banking customers through both inbound and outbound interactions. You will assist with onboarding, account openings, enquiries, complaints and deliver tailored banking solutions while working in a compliant, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing professional and timely support.
• Assist new and existing customers with account openings, onboarding, and banking enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and identifying solutions that meet customer needs.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Collaborate with teams across Business Banking to improve customer outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team.
