Business Analyst – Finance Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major SAP S/4HANA finance transformation program within a large, complex enterprise. The role will focus on finance business readiness, operational impacts and process transformation to support a large‑scale ERP implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document current and future state finance processes.
• Support operational readiness and business transformation activities.
• Conduct change impact analysis across finance functions.
• Identify risks, dependencies and service delivery impacts.
• Support go‑live planning, process validation and business readiness activities.
• Engage with stakeholders across business and program teams.
• Develop reporting, process documentation and assurance artefacts.

Required profile

• Previous experience on SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong business analysis experience in finance operations or ERP transformation.
• Experience with business process mapping using BPMN, Signavio or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, testing and business change activities.
• Ability to work within large and complex enterprise environments.
