Bus Driver – FIFO 2:1 roster in Brisbane

About the role

Sodexo has a permanent full‑time Bus Driver opportunity to provide safe and comfortable passenger services across the region, with a twist – when not driving you’ll also assist with essential utilities and general site support tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and comfortable passenger transport services on a FIFO roster.
• Assist with essential utilities and general site support duties, including manual handling.
• Follow all safety procedures and transport regulations.
• Work 14 days on, 7 days off, completing 11‑hour physically active shifts.

Required profile

• Hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a mandatory MR, HR or MC licence with an H endorsement.
• Demonstrate strong passenger handling skills, professionalism and experience driving in varied conditions.
• Physically fit to work long shifts (up to 11 hours) and handle manual tasks.
• Ability to obtain a recent National Police Check and pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
• Capability to endure remote environments and extreme weather conditions.
