Brand Partnerships & Events Coordinator

About the role

MoveActive is seeking a Brand Partnerships & Events Coordinator to support its PR, influencer, partnership and event activities across Australia and international markets. The role will work closely with the marketing team, PR agencies, ambassadors and partner studios to ensure every brand activation runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer gifting, product sends and ambassador logistics.
• Manage marketing assets, imagery and product information for PR agencies, partners and media.
• Support PR agencies with product requests and media samples.
• Assist in managing influencer and ambassador relationships, tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate brand partnerships with studios, instructors and like‑minded brands.
• Oversee product logistics for events, trade shows and partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of samples, marketing materials and equipment.
• Organise product samples and marketing inventory across multiple markets.
• Support reporting on PR, influencer and partnership activity.

Required profile

• Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership.
• Passionate about wellness, Pilates, fitness or lifestyle brands.
• Previous experience in marketing, PR, partnerships, events or account coordination is desirable.
