Brand, Marketing & Engagement Coordinator

About the role

Richmind WA is seeking a motivated Brand, Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to help translate organisational priorities into integrated marketing, digital, communications and engagement activities. This role will strengthen awareness and connection with the organisation’s mental health services and impact across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, communications and engagement campaigns across digital, print and stakeholder channels.
• Optimise and manage content on the website, social media and other digital platforms to improve audience engagement.
• Maintain content calendars, publishing schedules and communication workflows.
• Create, adapt and publish engaging content for websites, social media, intranet and email platforms.
• Support storytelling through written copy, photography, video and multimedia assets.
• Assist with campaign planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
• Coordinate events, activations, exhibitions, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develop and update marketing collateral, branded resources and promotional materials.
• Support digital marketing activities including website updates, analytics and campaign optimisation.
• Build positive relationships with leaders, service teams, partners and suppliers.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating marketing, communications, engagement or events.
• Strong written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to producing accessible, inclusive and culturally safe communications.
