Brand & Campaign Specialist

About the role

Capricorn, a member-owned organisation serving Australian and New Zealand businesses since 1974, is hiring a Brand & Campaign Specialist. You will plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engage Members and Preferred Suppliers and support wider business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the annual campaign calendar, shaping clear briefs and coordinating content and channel delivery
• Manage creative development and approvals, and provide post-campaign reporting
• Maintain consistent brand standards across marketing collateral and keep materials current and accessible
• Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing & Experience team, internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance and data teams, and external creative or brand agencies

Required profile

• At least two to three years' experience as a campaign manager, marketing manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Required skills

• Marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Digital marketing tools including email platforms, PPC and Meta
• Analytics tools to measure, report on and optimise campaign performance
