Marketing & BD Coordinator

About the role

HWLE Lawyers, a national law firm with over 270 partners and 1,900 people, is looking for an experienced Marketing & BD Coordinator to join its national Marketing and Business Development team in Perth. The role suits a proactive marketer who enjoys working with stakeholders, contributing ideas and supporting high-quality marketing, business development and tender initiatives, with close contact with lawyers and stakeholders across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Support client proposals and tender submissions
• Prepare capability statements and marketing collateral
• Maintain business development content
• Assist with projects that support client growth and engagement
• Help prepare and distribute external communications
• Support content updates across the firm's website and LinkedIn channels
• Provide assistance through the marketing helpdesk

Required profile

• Ideally experience supporting marketing, business development, bids and tenders focused on high-quality client outcomes
• Ability to write accurate, detailed client proposals, tender responses, capability statements and marketing collateral
• Experience in a professional services environment, with an understanding of client service and relationship management
• Eagerness to learn, with the confidence to ask questions and challenge thinking constructively
• Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive and organised, able to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to tailor messaging to different audiences
