Boutique Stock and Coffee Specialist - Emporium

About the role

Nespresso is hiring a Stock and Sales Assistant for its Emporium boutique in Melbourne. The role keeps the boutique running smoothly: managing deliveries and stock, maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring compliance with safety standards, while also greeting customers, sharing coffee expertise and supporting the team in reaching KPIs and sales targets. The position follows a full-time roster Monday to Friday, with early morning 7am deliveries on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage stock deliveries and requisitions
• Conduct regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies and balance stock levels
• Drive continuous improvement of stock management processes
• Communicate with the team on stock levels and product availability
• Assist customers and deliver exceptional service on the boutique floor
• Collaborate with the VM champion on visual merchandising

Required profile

• Full working rights in the relevant location
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Interest in organisation, premium coffee and creating exceptional customer experiences
