Boutique Assistant Manager - Chatswood Chase

About the role

Nespresso is hiring an Assistant Boutique Manager for its Chatswood Chase store. The role follows a full-time schedule of 32 or 44 hours per week on a rotating roster, with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Drive smooth boutique operations and lead by example in customer service and efficiency.
• Motivate the team to achieve goals and celebrate wins together.
• Engage customers with coffee passion, expert product knowledge and strong sales skills.
• Handle all admin and reporting tasks accurately so the boutique stays on track.

Required profile

• Experienced leader with retail or hospitality experience who enjoys bringing out the best in teams and making customers smile.
• Motivator and coach who energises colleagues, inspires teamwork and celebrates every win together.
• Passionate about making a difference for people and the planet in a B Corp environment.
• Sharp eye for detail and able to turn every customer's visit into a memorable coffee experience.
• Full working rights in the relevant location; pre-employment checks, including health checks, are required before appointment.
