Boardroom Waiter – Sydney CBD

About the role

INAC Hospitality is recruiting an experienced Boardroom Waiter for a professional corporate hospitality team in Sydney CBD. It is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position delivering food and beverage service in executive boardrooms, meeting rooms, corporate functions and events. You will work alongside two other full-time waiters and report directly to the Waiter Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, discreet and attentive service to clients, executives and guests in a premium corporate environment
• Serve food and beverages in boardrooms and meeting rooms
• Set up and reset rooms for meetings and functions
• Serve breakfasts, lunches, refreshments and corporate events
• Provide professional table and tray service
• Keep boardrooms and service areas presented to a high standard
• Liaise with the kitchen and wider hospitality team
• Assist with corporate functions and occasional evening events

Required profile

• Genuine hospitality experience and understanding of the service expected in a professional corporate environment
• Ideally previous experience in corporate hospitality, boardroom service, hotels, premium restaurants or events
• Excellent personal presentation and a professional, confident communication style
• Ability to provide discreet, attentive service and strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work across the Monday-to-Friday roster and a team-focused approach

What we offer

• $80,000 package
• Permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• No regular weekend work
• Paid overtime: time-and-a-half for the first 3 hours of extra hours, double time thereafter
