Bid & Design Coordinator

About the role

The Bid & Design Coordinator will work within Manteena Group's Pre‑Construction team to prepare compelling tender submissions that help win complex projects across Canberra.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end tender submissions and manage key deadlines.
• Draft, edit and format non‑price tender responses, capability statements, project profiles and team resumes.
• Produce professional submission documents using Adobe InDesign, including graphics, methodology diagrams and presentation materials.
• Assist with site logistics plans and 4D visualisations (training provided) and collaborate with estimating, project delivery, marketing and HSEQ teams.

Required profile

• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proud of producing exceptional work.
• Experience in bid coordination, tendering, marketing or pre‑construction within the construction industry.
• Strong writing and document presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with 4D visualisation software (training provided).
