Beverage & Food Attendant

About the role

W Brisbane, located at 81 N Quay in Brisbane City, is hiring Beverage & Food Attendants for its venues, including the Living Room Bar, the poolside WET Deck, the riverfront restaurant The Lex and the Banquets team. As a Beverage & Food Attendant you will deliver the Whatever/Whenever service that guests expect at a W Hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engaging, personal and attentive guest service
• Process orders accurately, accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions, and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain and clean the area in a timely way and reset tables
• Stay informed about menu offerings, ingredients and preparation methods, and help guests choose dishes and recommend options
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient, coordinated service
