Beverage & Food Attendant (In Room Dining)

About the role

W Sydney is hiring a Beverage and Food Extraordinary (Waiting Talent) for its in-room dining service. The role delivers the brand's signature Whatever/Whenever service by creating memorable dining experiences directly in guest rooms, with orders handled professionally, efficiently and with a personal touch.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, attentive guest service tailored to each guest's needs
• Take and process in-room dining orders accurately, including special requests, dietary requirements and preferences
• Prepare, deliver and present food and beverage orders to guest rooms on time
• Set up and clear in-room dining trays, trolleys and service equipment, keeping corridors, pantries and work areas clean
• Build knowledge of menus, beverages, ingredients and preparation methods to recommend dishes and upsell
• Work with Culinary, Bars and other departments for smooth order delivery
• Handle cash, billing and room charges accurately
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and workplace cleanliness
