Bartender - Mr Percival's

About the role

Mr Percival's Overwater Bar, located at Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane, is recruiting Bartenders for its growing team. The bar draws inspiration from European beach clubs with a Brisbane twist, and bartenders craft signature cocktails and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude
• Know the bar's cocktails and classics extensively
• Keep your section of the bar clean and tidy
• Use correct POS and cash handling procedures
• Ensure RSA compliance on each shift
• Set up the restaurant or function according to venue requirements
• Follow company policies, procedures and vision
• Promote positive guest service standards on each shift
• Take part in pre- and post-shift briefings for smooth handovers

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of spirits and classic cocktail recipes
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced venues is desirable
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is essential
• Valid Queensland RSA is essential
• Positive, collaborative team player open to learning and growth
