About the role

The William Inglis Hotel – MGallery South West Sydney is looking for a Bartender for its 1867 Bar & Lounge, The Newmarket Room Restaurant and events. The role sits at the heart of the guest experience, mixing signature cocktails inspired by the local story with classic drinks, in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Required profile

• Previous bartending or beverage experience in a restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation and service techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping attention to detail
• Positive, team-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Full Australian working rights
