Bar Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

Join the DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront team as a Bar Supervisor and be the face of hospitality for every guest. You will lead a dynamic bar crew, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure each visitor experiences the warmth and professionalism that defines the DoubleTree brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with energy and a personal touch.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to exact recipe standards.
• Maintain bar organization, including stock, glassware, and perishables.
• Process cash, card, voucher, and gift transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels, track freshness, and manage ordering.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and health‑sanitation compliance.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and teamwork orientation.
• Integrity, accountability, and a sense of urgency.
• Minimum 12 months of full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Basic inventory and stock management.
