About the role
We are looking for a passionate Bar Supervisor to lead the team at Mr Mills, an eclectic destination bar within Hyde Melbourne Place. The role focuses on delivering high‑level service and creating memorable beverage experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the bar team to ensure flawless service and maintain a strong floor presence.
- Coordinate and manage events in the venue, ensuring smooth operation.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role at a premium venue.
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate and availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails and bar techniques.
- Confident interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused approach.
