Banking Consultant – Rockhampton

About the role

The Banking Consultant will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers in the Rockhampton branch, meeting their end‑to‑end financial needs and promoting ANZ’s digital solutions. You will act as a role model and peer coach, ensuring high standards of service and customer advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
• Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
• Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Experience using and promoting technology and digital channels.
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
