About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, meeting customers’ end‑to‑end financial needs, providing advice, processing transactions and promoting digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to enhance customer experience.
- Drive customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
- Participate in bank programs and initiatives and take responsibility for “know your customer” from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital channels and technology.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in a collaborative environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
