Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Moonee Ponds)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in Moonee Ponds and Highpoint branches. You will help customers meet their financial needs, promote digital solutions and act as a role model for excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy by delivering end‑to‑end financial solutions.
• Participate in bank programmes and initiatives that enhance the customer journey.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, branch procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital channels and technology.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
• Good understanding of compliance and risk considerations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
