About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in Helensvale. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct needs‑based conversations and promote digital solutions while upholding ANZ’s customer promises.
Key responsibilities
- Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy through personalised service.
- Support and participate in bank programmes and initiatives.
- Know each customer from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies.
- Process transactions, provide financial advice and educate customers on digital banking options.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus.
- Retail experience is an advantage.
- Experience using and promoting technology.
- Working knowledge of digital channels is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
